FORTXYME is a Mannanase enzyme widely used in poultry feed to improve digestion and enhance the nutritional value of feed ingredients. Mannanase specifically breaks down mannans, a type of non-starch polysaccharide (NSP) found in feed ingredients like soybean meal, palm kernel meal, and other legumes.
